There is an intelligence in this app. It is here to know you, so everything it gives you can be truly yours. You deserve to know exactly how that works, in plain words.

Everything she writes to you is written by an intelligence, in Suzan’s words, from what you have told her. She is not a doctor and she is not always right.

What she learns

Your wheel and your seasons. How you arrive each day. What your body tells her in the morning scan. The words you choose to leave. Over time she builds one quiet picture: your own baseline, your winter against your usual winter, your sleep against your usual sleep. She never measures you against other women or an average.

How she speaks

She waits until she actually knows. A pattern is only ever named after she has seen it across several of your own cycles, and then at most once a week, gently, in your daily words. She offers noticings, never diagnoses. When you correct her, your felt sense wins, and she remembers that too.

Where it lives

• Your key lives on your device. No passwords, no tracking cookies.
